Section 154.038 of the Lake Elmo Zoning Ordinance (HD-RR-LB—Rural
Residential Limited Business Holding District)to allow Park-and-Ride
facilities as a conditional use in this district. The proposed amendment would
also amend Section 11.01 (Definitions) of the City Code to include a
definition for"Park and Ride".
