a. VARIANCE: Consideration of a variance application to allow a septic
system's drainfield to be 25 feet from the Ordinary High Waterline where 75
feet is required at 8242 Hidden Bay Trail.
b. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT: Consideration of a CUP
amendment to allow a maintenance shop at the Jesuit Retreat located at 8243
Demontreville Trail.
c. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT: Consideration of an ordinance to amend
Chapter 154 to allow the public purchase of land for public purposes to not
count against minimum lot size requirements for potential future subdivisions.
