Planning Commission will conduct a meeting on
Monday, July 23, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.

3. Approve Minutes
a. July 9, 2012
4. Public Hearing
a. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT. The Planning Commission is being
asked to approve several updates to the City’s Comprehensive Plan, including
amendments to the Land Use Plan and Housing Plan.
b. ZONING CODE UPDATE. The Planning Commission is being asked to review
and approve significant updates to the City’s zoning ordinance, including new
residential and commercial zoning districts that will apply to the I-94 Corridor
and Village Area. These updates are necessary to implement the proposed
amendments to the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
