Planning Commission will conduct a meeting on

4. Business Items
a. DENSITY ANALYSIS WORKSHOP. The Planning Commission will receive a
presentation about housing density related to future housing development with the
support of local case studies.
b. ZONING CODE UPDATE DISCUSSION. The Planning Commission is being
asked to review and discuss the zoning districts that are proposed to implement
the pending Comprehensive Plan amendment for the City in advance of a public
hearing that is scheduled for July 23, 2012.

i. Construction of two agricultural buildings at Country Sun Farms approved
as part of a review of the applicant’s Interim Use Permit.
