a. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT – GATSBY INVESTORS,
LLC: Gatsby Investors, LLC, 595 Lake Ridge Drive, Shoreview, Minnesota, has
submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment related to a
grading plan that would result in the moving of over 400 cubic yards of material
per acre at 9242 Hudson Boulevard North. The proposed grading project would
allow the expansion of the ski and snowboard demonstration area currently used
by Summit Ski and Board Shop for outfitting customers, training, demonstrations,
and marking and promotional events.
