Planning Commission will conduct a meeting on
Monday, February 25, 2013 at 7:00 p.m.

4. Public Hearing
a. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – LDR MINIMUM DISTRCIT STANDARDS.
The Planning Commission will consider amendments to the Urban Low Density
Residential Zoning District that include the reduction of the minimum lot width
from 70’ to 60’, and changing the side-yard setback requirements for the district.
b. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT – VILLAGE LAND USE PLAN.
The Planning Commission will consider a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to
update the Land Use Plan for the Village Area. The Village Land Use Plan
includes 4 sewered land use categories, including Low, Medium and High
Density Residential, as well as a Village Mixed-Use category. The plan also
includes the designation of open space areas in the Village. Updating the Village
Land Use Plan is a critical step in extending sanitary sewer to the Village and
preparing the area for future sewered growth.
