4. Public Hearing
a. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT – RYLAND HOMES. The Planning
Commission will hold a public hearing for a request by Ryland Homes, 7599
Anagram Drive, Eden Prairie, MN to amend the Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan
by changing the future land use designation of a 23-acre parcel of land (PID:
36.029.21.32.0008) located approximately 1,500 feet north of Interstate 94 and
east of Lake Elmo Avenue from MDR (Urban Medium Density Residential) to
LDR (Urban Low Density Residential).
5. Business
a. SKETCH PLAN REVIEW – LANDUCCI PROPERTY. The Planning
Commission is asked to provide feedback regarding a residential Sketch Plan
submitted Ryland Homes on the site of the former Country Air Golf Park. No
formal action is required by the Planning Commission.
b. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS. The
