4. Public Hearing
a. SAVONA SECOND ADDITION – CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. The
Planning Commission will consider a Conditional Use Permit to allow the
construction of single-family attached residential structures (townhouses) with
frontage on a private street as part of the development plans for the Savona
th
Second Addition. The townhouses will be located immediately south of 5 Street
and West of Keats Avenue.
5. Business Items
a. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – WOODBURNING STOVES – The Planning
Commission is being asked to review a draft ordinance pertaining to woodburning
stoves.
b. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – OUTDOOR PIZZA OVENS – The Planning
Commission is being asked to review a draft ordinance pertaining to outdoor
pizza ovens.
6. Updates
