The City of Lake Elmo
Planning Commission will conduct a meeting on
Monday, September 22, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.

5. Business Items
a. HAMMES ESTATES – FINAL PLAT. The Planning Commission will consider
a Final Plat for Hammes Estates. The Final Plat includes 57 single family lots
that will be located west of Keats Avenue and south of Goose Lake on property
that has historically been used as the Hammes Gravel operation (PID
34.029.21.13.0001).
b. RURAL AREA ANALYSIS PRESENTATION. The Planning Commission is
being asked to review a report that provides an overview of development within
the City’s rural development areas. The report is intended as a starting point for
future discussions concerning future planning within these areas.
c. PLANNING COMMISSION SYSTEMS IMPROVEMENT DISCUSSION. City
Staff will be presenting a plan for making improvements related to the distribution
and presentation of information to the Planning Commission.

a. City Council Updates – September 16, 2014 meeting:
i. Inwood PUD Concept Plan passed.
ii. Boulder Ponds Preliminary Plat and Preliminary PUD Plan passed.
iii. Village Park Preserve Preliminary Plat passed.
iv. Hunter’s Crossing Final Plat passed.
