Planning Commission will conduct a meeting on
Monday, September 8, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.

a. August 25, 2014
4. Public Hearing
a. VILLAGE PARK PRESERVE—PRELIMINARY PLAT. GWSA Land
Development, LLC, 10850 Old County Road 15 Suite 200 Plymouth, MN has
submitted an application for a Preliminary Plat to be called Village Park Preserve.
The proposed development will be a 104-unit single family residential subdivision
in the southeastern portion of the Village Planning Area. (PID's
13.029.21.43.0004 and 13.029.21.44.0002).
5. Business Items
a. SAVONA SECOND ADDITION—FINAL PLAT. The Planning Commission
will consider a Final Plat for Savona 2nd Addition. This application was
previously reviewed at the meeting on 8/25/14.
b. INWOOD PUD CONCEPT PLAN. The Planning Commission will be reviewing
an application for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept Plan for a
proposed mixed-use development on a 157 acre site in Stage 1 of the I-94
Corridor Planning Area (PIDs: 33.029.21.12.0001, 33.029.21.12.0003,
33.029.21.11.0002, 33.029.21.11.0001). This application was previously reviewed
at a public hearing held on 8/25/14.
c. HUNTER'S CROSSING FINAL PLAT—RYLAND GROUP. The Planning
Commission will consider a Final Plat for Hunter's Crossing. The Final Plat
includes 22 single family lots that will be located on the present site of the
Country Air Golf Practice Facility. (PID 36.029.21.32.0008).
