a. PROPESED NATURE CENTER – SUNFISH LAKE PARK. Tony Manzara is
proposing to construct a nature center in Sunfish Lake Park. He is requesting to
present the proposal to the Planning Commission for feedback and ensure
compliance with the Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan.

i. Village Preserve Developers Agreement – passed.
