WILL BE TAKEN ON THIS ITEM). A request from Landucci Homes for a
concept plan review for a proposed OP development on three unaddressed parcels

totaling 110 acres to the north of 50 Street North and to the South of the
Sanctuary development – PIDs 01.029.21.42.0003; 01.029.21.43.0001 &
01.029.21.41.0001.
b. PRELIMINARY PLAT/PLAN AND FINAL PLAT/PLAN. A request from Auto
Owners Insurance Company for approval of a preliminary plat/plan and
concurrent final plat/plan to authorize construction of a new 30,000 square foot
professional office building on an unaddressed 5.05 acre parcel within the Eagle
Point Business Park – southwest corner of Hudson Boulevard & Eagle Point
Circle North. PID 33.029.21.43.0006.

a. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – SUBDIVISION IDENTIFICATION SIGNS –
The City Council has sent this item back to the Planning Commission to further
consider a zoning text amendment to add additional regulations to the City’s Sign
Ordinance with regards to subdivision identification signs.
