a. CONTINUED DISCUSSION OF PRELIMINARY PLAT AND PRELIMINARY
PUD PLAN—WILDFLOWER AT LAKE ELMO Robert Engstrom Companies
has submitted a preliminary plat related to a 145-unit single family residential
subdivision to be called Wildflower at Lake Elmo. The proposed subdivision will
be located in the northern portion of the Village Planning Area. Of the total site
area of 117.84 acres, the developer is proposing to set aside over 40 acres for a
nature conservancy
5. Public Hearings
a. BOULDER PONDS FINAL PLAT, FINAL PUD PLAN AND ZONING MAP
AMENDMENT - The Planning Commission will consider a Final Plat, Final
PUD Plan and Zoning map Amendment for Boulder Ponds, a residential
development in Stage 1 of the I-94 Corridor Planning area. The Boulder ponds
Final Plat includes 47 residential lots. The subject properties are located
immediately north of Hudson Blvd and East of the Eagle Point Business Park.
The PID's for the subject properties are 34.029.21.33.0001, 34.029.21.33.0002
and 34.029.21.32.0001.
