Planning Commission will conduct a meeting on
Monday, August 24, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.

a. August 10, 2015
4. Public Hearing
a. FINAL PLAT AND PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PUD PLANS —NE METRO
916 INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL DISTRICT. The Planning Commission is
asked to consider an application from BWBR Architects on behalf of Northwest
Metro 916 Intermediate School District, 2450 County Road F East, White Bear
Lake, MN for a preliminary and final plat and preliminary and final Planned Unit
Development (PUD)plans for a site within the Eagle Point Business Park.
5. Business Items
a. FINAL PLAT—INWOOD 2nd ADDITION. The Planning commission will
consider a request from Hans Hagen Homes, for a Final Plat for the second phase
of the Inwood development. The final plat will facilitate the subdivision of a
larger outlot within the subdivision that has been previously served with public
infrastructure and will include 21 lots.
b. SAVONA THIRD ADDITION—FINAL PLAT. The Planning Commission will
consider a Final Plat for Savona 3rd Addition, which includes 21 single-family
detached and 99 single-family attached residential homes.
c. FUTURE HOUSEHOLD PROJECTIONS DISCUSSION. Staff will be
presenting an update concerning the City's future projections for households.
6. Updates
a. City Council Updates—August 18, 2015 Meeting
i. Preliminary Plat/Plan and PUD Plat/Plan—Auto Owners—Passed.
ii. Zoning Text Amendment— Subdivision Identification Signs—Passed with
changes.
iii. Projected City Growth Analysis—Update.
