an application for the Final Plat for Inwood 4 Addition which includes 60 single
family homes.

b. WILDFLOWER 2 ADDITION FINAL PLAT AND FINAL PUD PLAN: The
Planning Commission will review an application for the Final Plat for Wildflower

2 Addition which includes 38 single family homes.
c. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: A request by Rod and Diane Sessing for a Conditional
use permit for an additional accessory structure in the RR – Rural Residential zoning
district for the property located at 5699 Keats Avenue N, PID# 02.029.21.23.003.
d. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT: A request by Rockpoint Church for a
Conditional Use Permit Amendment to original Conditional Use Permit granted by Res.
2005-029 to allow construction of an overflow parking lot on the property located at 5825
Kelvin Avenue N, Lake Elmo, MN, PID# 02.029.21.21.0003.
