a. WILDFLOWER 2 ADDITION FINAL PLAT AND FINAL PUD PLAN: -
The Planning Commission will continue discussion for the Final Plat and Final

PUD Plan for Wildflower 2 Addition which includes 38 single family homes.
b. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT REVIEW: - The Planning
Commission is being asked to continue discussion of a comprehensive plan
amendment to accommodate potential sewer extensions and sewered development
within the area bounded by the Old Village to the North, Lake Elmo Avenue to

the West and 10 Street to the South.
c. RURAL DENSITY DISCUSSION: - The Planning Commission is being asked to

consider the Rural Density for the area north of 10 Street.
