a. ZONING TEXT AMENDEMENT: The Planning Commission is being asked to
discuss a zoning text amendment to change the accessory structure ordinance in
regards to fish houses, scheduled for a June 13, 2016 public hearing.
b. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT: The Planning Commission is being asked to
consider the Low Density Residential setbacks discussion.
c. ZONING Map AMENDMENT: The Planning Commission is being asked to
discuss the rezoning of properties in the GB-General Business Zoning District to
VMX-Village Mixed Use, scheduled for a June 13, 2016 public hearing.
