Monday, January 25, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.

a. The Planning commission is required to elect a Chairperson for 2016.

a. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT-ARBOR GLEN. —Public Hearing
for a comprehensive plan amendment increasing the allowed density for senior
congregate housing with services.
b. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND ZONING MAP AMENDMENT—
ARBOR GLEN. The Planning commission will continue a public hearing to
consider an application for a comprehensive plan amendment, conditional use
permit and zoning map amendment for Arbor Glen Senior Living to construct a
new senior/assisted living/memory care facility on property located at the
northeast intersection of Lake Elmo Avenue and 391h Street North. The proposed
two-story building will include 84 units with memory care and independent living
on the main level and assisted and independent living on the second level.
