a. VILLAGE PARKWAY – VMX ZONING DISCUSSION – The Planning
Director will make presentation for Commission discussion about the Village
Parkway VMX Zoning.
b. VILLAGE LDR/MDR DISCUSSION – The Planning Commission will discuss
proposed new Village LDR/MDR Zoning District regulations.
c. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT: A request by HC Golf Course Development,
LLC for a zoning text amendment, creating a Golf Course Community Zoning
District.
6. Updates
a. City Council Updates – January 17, 2017
i. Royal Golf Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) – Adopted a
negative declaration for the need for an EIS.
ii. Royal Golf Comp Plan Amendment – Passed.
