Planning Commission will conduct a meeting on
Monday November 27, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.

a. 2018 PLANNING DEPARTMENT WORK PLAN: Review of a work plan for
the Planning Department for 2017.
b. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT. The Planning Commission is being asked to
look at the Zoning Code to allow solar farms as a conditional use in certain
zoning districts and to set forth standards for wind generators within the zoning
code, allowing roof/building mount systems as a permitted use in all zoning
districts and ground-mount systems as a conditional use in certain zoning districts.
