a. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – The Planning Commission is being asked to review
proposed amendments to exempt solar energy systems from the size and number
requirement of the accessory structure ordinance and amending language regarding
additional accessory structures within the rural districts.

final plat approval for the 4 addition of Easton Village. This addition will include 25
single family lots that are located on 7.85 acres.
