Trident Development, LLC, 3601 18 Street South, St. Cloud, MN 56301, for a Final Plat
and PUD Plans for Outlots B and C, Boulder Ponds for the development of a 95-unit senior
assisted living and memory care project that will include a three-story, wood-framed
apartment to be built over an underground parking garage. PID #’s 34.029.21.33.0024 and
34.029.21.33.0023.

a. ZONING TEX AMENDMENT. The Planning Commission is being asked to provide
