a. MIXED USE (MU) ORDINANCE – The Planning Commission will be continuing
their review of a proposed new Zoning Ordinance to create Mixed Use Business Park
and Mixed Use Zoning District in the City.
b. HOUSING STUDY – The Planning Commission will be reviewing and discussing
the standards for high-density residential housing in Lake Elmo.
