2. Election of Officers—The Planning Commission is required to elect a Chairperson and Vice
Chairperson for 2019.

5. Public Hearings
a. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE—The Planning Commission will be holding a
public hearing and reviewing the proposed 2040 Comprehensive Plan for the City of Lake
Elmo.
6. Business Items
a. MIXED USE (MU) ORDINANCE—The Planning Commission will be continuing
their review of a proposed new Zoning Ordinance to create Mixed Use Business Park
and Mixed Use Zoning District in the City.
