a. MIXED USE (MU) ORDINANCE—The Planning Commission will be continuing
their review of a proposed new Zoning Ordinance to create Mixed Use Business Park
and Mixed Use Zoning District in the City.
b. HOUSING STUDY—The Planning Commission will be reviewing and discussing
the standards for high-density residential housing in Lake Elmo.
