Planning Commission will conduct a meeting on
Monday April 13, 2020
at 7:00 p.m.

Please note:
Due to the Corona Virus pandemic and the State of Emergency, the City will be the conducting
Planning Commission meeting and public hearings telephonically or by other electronic means.
The City Council Chambers will not be open to the public. The City will be broadcasting the

b. INTERIM USE PERMIT (IUP), VARIANCES and ZONING MAP AMENDMENT:
Whippletree Farm (9130 55th Street North)
1. Interim use permit (IUP) for an agricultural entertainment business
2. Variance to have IUP without direct access to a collector or arterial street
3. Variance to allow vehicle parking on the grass (not on gravel or bituminous)
4. Zoning Map Amendment: RS (rural single-family) to RR (rural residential)
c. ACCESSORY BUILDING LOCATION VARIANCE (9495 Stillwater Boulevard)
