1. Continue to compile Trail Segment Inventory
2. Prioritize Base Trail development (based on improving public safety and user
group volume)
Gateway Trail connecting Trail
Stillwater High School Trail
Southeast Trail
Lake Elmo Regional Park Trail
Southside Trail
West Side Trail
Pebble Park Trail
Railroad Corridor Trail
3. Based on Base Trail priorities,
Negotiate with HOA’s for public easement rights over portion of now-private trail
system.
Negotiate with private property owners for critical trail connections.
Work to resolve other ROW issues.
Research grants / funding opporunities.
