BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Bid documents for the Carriage Station and Demontreville Park picnic shelters are complete and
bids are being solicited. Carol Kriegler will provide an overview as to how the bid is structured.
As a means of a “refresh” and in preparation for review and consideration of bids to be received
in the very near future, a summary of events and progress-to-date on the project will be made
available.
