ITEM: Update on S.F.L.P. Conservation Easement

SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
Carol Kriegler will provide an update on the status of finalizing the S.F.L.P. conservation
easement. The title defects have been resolved and a tentative date as been set for the final
signing and filing with the title company.
