ITEM: Discussion on Heights Park concept plan development.

SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
The Park Commission conducted a Heights Park neighborhood meeting in May of 2008. The
meeting was attended by 12 neighbors and 4 commission members. A summary of the meeting
is attached. The 2009 CIP includes $25,000 for improvements to this park.
The Parks Commission is being asked to discuss what amenities and improvements might be a
part of the plan.
The Parks Commission might want to schedule a visit to this park to assist in the planning
process.
