ITEM: Update on Carriage Station and Demontreville Park and picnic shelter

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Bid documents for the Carriage Station and Demontreville Park picnic shelters are complete and
bids are being solicited. Carol Kriegler will provide an overview as to how the bid is structured
and how it provides the park commission / city council with the opportunity to make choices
among various elements and materials.
As a means of a “refresh” and in preparation for review and consideration of bids at the June
meeting, a summary of events and progress-to-date on the project will be made.
