At the request of the Finance Director and the City’s Finance Committee, staff compiled a draft
Park Capital Improvement Program. The draft has been reviewed by both the City’s Finance
Committee (comprised of the City Administrator, Finance Director and 2 council representatives)
as well as the Planning Commission.
The draft is intended to be a reflection of Park Commission’s most recent work plan and
expressed goals and objectives.
The Commission is being asked to review, discuss and comment on the proposed CIP
