ITEM: Proposed Eagle Scout blue bird house / bat house project at Pebble Park

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Lake Elmo resident and Eagle Scout candidate Fritsch is proposing an improvement project for
Pebble Park that involves the construction and placement of blue bird and bat houses in Pebble
Park. Max will be making a brief presentation including the purpose and goal for the project as
well as the plans he’s developed to date for to ensure successful implementation of the project.
