ITEM: Welcome to new Park Commission member Steve DeLapp

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Steve DeLapp was appointed to the Park Commission at the January 25 City Council meeting. In
addition, the Park Commission was changed from an 11 to 9 member commission. An overview
of commission member terms and designations will be available. Following introductions, it is
requested that we provide a brief overview of current projects and issues.
