ITEM: Erik Eitzman proposed Eagle Scout Project

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Eagle Scout candidate Erik Eitzman is proposing to build a path and bridge system that would
serve to connect the Northern Lake Elmo Elementary School parking area to City Hall. The bridge
will span the ditch and then connect to another path. This path (also gravel) would go to the road
near city hall and its parking lot. The path would take a rather scenic route from the bridge to the
road and would go around the large area in front of city hall to avoid the common gathering place.
Erik will be making a brief presentation including an overview of the project, purpose and goals.
He will share the plans he has developed to date in an effort to ensure successful implementation
of the project.
