Reaffirm the decision of the HOA ARC, Park Commission and City Council and place the equipment at the site directly behind the Sletten home; 2. Reaffirm the decision of the HOA ARC, Park Commission and City Council and place the equipment at the prescribed site with screening(trees) between the Sletten home and the playground; 3. Relocate the playground equipment to the East of the current site (in the mowed area) behind the Moon home but better screened by topography and the current tree line; 4. Delay the 'installation of the playground until the subdivision to the south east(Goethschel) is platted that provides for a larger park space that may include parking. If 1-3 are a preferred option, time is of the essence as we have taken delivery of equipment, edging, etc and would like to get it installed. If#4 is a preferred option, we can house the equipment in cold storage:Since the HOA played a prominent role in the initial decision I think it would be helpful for the Council members Reeves and Smith and Chairman Weis to understand the current feeling of the HOA before we meet. So I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to the neighborhood and garner a sentiment. If you have any additional questions please call me at 651-747-3905. Dean A.
