SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
Looking at the Easton village park we find that the developer's agreement states the following:
J. The Developer shall enter into a maintenance agreement with the City that
clarifies the individuals or entities responsible for any landscaping installed in areas outside of land
dedicated as public park and open space on the final plat.
K. Any land under which public trails are located will be accepted as park land
provided the Developer constructs said trails within the dedicated areas as part of the public
improvements for the subdivision and easements are provided where required by the City.

O. The City and Developer agree to prepare a plan for improvements to the
Outlot D park area by December 15, 2015 with installation of said improvements to be completed by
June 30, 2016.
The bottom line is the Parks Commission needs to offer up a plan, or work with the
developer to develop a plan by 12/15/15 and install it by 6/30/15 per our agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Develop park plan for outlot D by December 15t" 2015 and install by
June N 2016.
