AND
AUTHORIZING 2018 FINAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY
WHEREAS, The City of Lake Elmo is required by State law to approve a resolution
setting forth an annual property tax levy to the Washington County Auditor, and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes currently in force require approval of a property tax
levy and a budget in December of each year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received the budget document;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake
Elmo, that the 2018 General Fund Budget shall be as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Hearing was held on Tuesday
December 5, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the Cityy of Lake Elmo,
Washington County, Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied in 2017, for
collection in 2018 upon the taxable property in said City of Lake Elmo for the following
purposes:
