WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform

The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has adopted Ordinance No. 08-186, which amends the
Lake Ehno City Code of Ordinances by amending Appendix A- Fee Schedule by adding a Small
Wireless Facility Permit fee of $275.00.
