A RE SOLUTION RELATE' TO CERTIFIED 2017, PAY 2018 ASSESS EI TTO WASHINGTON COUNTY
WHEREAS, 4823 Olson Lake Trail K, PID 08. 29.21.11.0024, was assessed
17,500.00 for sewer improvements as part of the CSAH 13 improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo received payment of assessment prior to
certification;
NOWTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake
Elmo, Minnesota, that the following parcel may be removed; from the certified 2017, Pa
018 assessment roll due per the attached Washington County abatement fors.
