WHEREAS, the feasibility report provides information regarding whether the proposed
improvement is necessary, cast -effective, and feasible, whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvements
as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments
for affected parcels,

1. That the City Council will consider the improvements in accordance with the report and
the assessments of .the abutting properties for all or a portion of the tact of the
improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Chapter 429 at an estimated total project
cast o $2,152,000; consisting of street, drainage, and stonn sewer improvements at
$1 d, 0 , sanitary sewer improvements at $460,000, water system -improvements at
$374,00 , and trail and parking improvements at $232,000.
. A public heating shall be held on such Proposed improvements on the 1 th day of May,
2018, in the council chambers of the City Hall at or approximately after 7: P.M. and
the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as
rewired by law;
