A RESOLUTION L[ITION ACCEPTING DONATED FUNDS FROM THE LAKE ELMO
JAYCEEB
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and
Vv'HEREAS, the Lake Elmo Jaycees have proposed contributing $12,700 to the
City of Lake Elmo; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of lake Elmo agrees that said
contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; an
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation o
$12 700 from the Lake Elmo Jaycees on behalf of the citizens of Lake Elmo.
