RESOLUTION NO. 201 - 6
RESOL UTIONAPPROVING A DE ELOPMEN AGREE MENT "CAR T11E, RO YAL GC?L
CLUB A TLAKE ELM2NADDITION PLANNED UNIT DET ELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is a municipal corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the State ofMinnesota; and
WHEREAS, H.C. Golf Land, LLC., 11074 Radisson :Road NE, Blaine, 1 11 55449
("Developer") has previously submitted art -application to the City of Lake Elmo "City") for
Final Plat and Planned Unit Development (PUD)_Plans to be called The Royal Golf Club at Lake
Elmo 2" d Addition, a copy of which is on file in the City Planning Department; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council approved The Royal Golf Club at Lake Elmo
PU D Concept Plan on September 9, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Resolution 201 '7-47 approving The
Royal Golf Club at bake Elmo Preliminary Plat and P[: D Plans can .lane 6, 2 }1 ` ; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Resolution 201 -162 approving The
Royal Golf Club at Lake Elmo 2" d Addition Final Plat and PUD Plaits on June 19, 01 and
WHEREAS, a condition of approval of said Resolution 201 - 62 establishes that prior to
execution of the Final Plat by City officials, the Applicant shall eater into a Development Agreement with
the City; and.
WHEREAS, the Developer and the City Have agreed to enter into such a contract and a
copyof the Development .g ement was submitted to the City Council it err consideration at its
June 19, 201 meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council does hereby
approve the Development Agreement for The Royal Golf Club at Lake Elmo 2"d Addition and
authorizes the mayor and city Clerk to execute the document.
Passed and duly adopted this 3rd day of July, 2018 by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo
