from 1- 4 to 576' south of 3011 Street ('Project'), located in the City of Lake Elmo, and
W-HEREAS, Lake Elmo Avenue north. of 10" Street North (CS 10) is designated as a County
State Aid Highway; and
NVHEREAS, Washington County will be expending State Aid Funds for the improvements oil
Lae Elino Avenue S 17and
WHEREAS, these improvements do not provide adequate width for parking, and approval of the
proposed construction as a State Aid project must therefore be conditioned upon certain restrictions; and
WHEREAS, Washington County has determined that no on -street parking shall be allowed along
both sides of Lake Elmo Avenue (CSA 117) from. l Oth Street North to 20th Street North and the west side
of Lake Elmo Avenue (CS 1 "7) from 20th Street North to 576-feet south of 30th Street North and
WHEREAS, The City Council has authority to establish No Parking Zones,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council that no on -street parking be allowed
along loth sides of Lake Elmo Avenue (CSAkI 17) from ltlth Street North to 20th Street North and the
west side of Lake Elmo Avenue (CSAH 17) from. 20th Street North to 576-feet south of 30th Street in the
City of Lake Elmo.
