WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City
be accepted by resolution of the CityCouncil; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Natural -Resources has proposed
contributing $3,500 in the form of a 50150 matching grant to the City of Lake Elmo for
the purchase of firefighting helmets; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said
cof on would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo*, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
acknowledgesLake Elmo, Mmnesota, does hereby
$3,500 from the MN DNR oil behalf of the citizens of Lake Eltno.
APPROVEDby the Lake Elmo City Council can this 4�h day of September, 2018.
