RESOLUTION APPROVING
WASHINGTON COUNTYMAINTENANCE TENAB F COUNTY STATE
AID HIGHWAY(CA 13
WHEREAS, the County intends to construct and maintain CSAH 13 (Olson Lake Trail/ldeal
Avenue) from CSAH 14 (34th Street) to CSA 13 (0th Street) its the Cities of Luke Elmo and. Oakdale,
herein referred to as the "Project" and as shown in Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the City and the County have entered into a separate agreement for the construction
cost sharing of CSAH 13 and all items constructed with this project; and
WHEREAS, a cooperative effort between the City and County is the appropriate method to
facilitate the maintenance of these improvements; and
WHEREAS, this Agreement. is mach pursuant to statutory authority contained in Minnesota
Statute 471.59.

1. That Cooperative Maintenance;Agreement 11536 between the City of Lake Elmo and Washington
County is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized execute
the agreement on behalf of the City of Lake Elmo.
ADOPTED BY THE LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL ON THE EIGHTEENTH DAY O
