ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is a municipal corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, EN Properties, LLC, 11530 Hudson Boulevards North, Lake Elmo, MN
55042 "Developer") has previously submitted an application to the City of Lake Elmo "City"
for Final Plat to be called Four Corners I' Addition, a copy of which is on file in the City
Playing Department; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Resolution 201 -07 approving the
Four Corners 1't addition Final Plat on July 17, 2018; and
WHEREAS, a condition of approval of said Resolution 2018-076 establishes that prior
to execution of the Final Plat by Cityofficials, the Applicant shall enter into a Development
Agreement with the City; and..
ERAS, the Developer and the City have agreed to enter into such a contract and a
copy of the Development Agreement was submitted to tlie City Council for consideration at its
October 2, 2018 meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council does hereby
approve the Development Agreement for Four Corners I" Addition and authorizes the mayor
and city Clerk to execute the document:
Passed and duly adopted this 1 "' day of October, 2018 by the City Council of the City of Lake
Elmo, Mirmesota.
