HomeMy WebLinkAbout2019-014CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 2019-014 AGREEMENT IN THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO WHEREAS, JP Bush Homes has requested City approval to move an existing house within the City of Lake Elmo; and WHEREAS,, the house is now located at 11580 3 Oth Street North, Lake Elmo, and the applicant is requesting City approval to move it to Lot 7, Block I of the Wyndham Village subdivision in the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, and WHEREAS, Chapter 151.019 of the Lake Elmo City Code requires City Council approval of a moving pen -nit to move a building or structure that will be located or relocated within the City; and WHEREAS, the City received all the necessary information to review and process the house relocation request; and WHEREAS, the City Council, Planning Commission and the City Staff all reviewed the preliminary and final plats for the Wyndham Village subdivision; and WHEREAS, those development plans showed the applicant/developer moving the house from its current location at 11580 30" Street N. Lake Elmo to Lot 7, Block 1, Wyndham Village; and WHEREAS, the City conducted public hearings on June 4, 2018 and on July 3, 2018 relative to the review and approval of the Wyndham Village preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for Wyndham Village on December 4, 2018, subject to conditions of approval; and NOW THERE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The City approves the house moving request JP Bush .Homes to relocate the existing house located at 11580 3 O'h Street to Lot 7, Block 1 of Wyndham Village, subject the conditions of approval outlined in the staff report and the developer entering into a house relocation agreement with the City. 2. The City approves the house relocation agreement with JP Bush Homes for relocating the existing house located at 11580 30th Street to Lot 7, Block 1, Wyndham Village and that the Mayor and City Clerk are directed to execute the house relocation agreement.
