RESOLUTION NO. 1 -033
NORTH STAR SECOND ADDITION FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the
laws of the State of Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, GWSA Lund. Development of.Plymouth, MN ("applicant" has }previously
submitted an application to the City of Lake Elmo ("City") for a Final Plat for Legacy at North Star
Second Addition planned Unit Development; ent; rid
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered the Legacy at North Star Sketch Plan at its
June 6, 2017 meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council approved the Legacy at North Star Preliminary Plat
and P 1D on February 20, 01 and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council adopted Resolution 2019-026 on April 1, 01
approving the Final Plat for the Legacy at North StarSecond Addition; and
WHEREAS, a condition of approval of said Resolution 2019-026 , establishes that before
execution of the Final Plat by City officials, the Applicant shall enter into a Developer's Agreement with
the City, and
WHEREAS, the Applicant and the City have agreed to enter into such a contract and a copy of
the Developer's Agreement was submitted to the City Council for considerationatits April 16 2019
meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BET RESOLVED THAT the City Council elves hereby approve the
Developer's Agreement for Legacy at North Star Second Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City
Clerk to execute the document,.
