RESOLUTION APPROVING BY-LAWS FOR THE PARKS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, The City of k .Elmo mend d h t of -the--
specifically for the operation of the Parks Cone ission on November 0"' of 0 and
WHEREAS, some language was removed from the original ordinance so it could he
incorporated into a set of By -Laws or the parks Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has receive and reviewed the propose Parks
Commission Fay -Laws on July 2,d, 20191
NOW THEREFORE E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake
Elmo, does approve the By -Laws for the Parks Commission as they have been presented:
ADOPTED,, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 2" ` clay of July, 2019.
